A few weeks ago I stopped using a scale. I'm done. Well, I've been done before but somehow I always seem to make my way back to the scale. So, I realize that I might step on again at some point in time (not soon) but what I want to emphasize is that I refuse to be measured by a number. I'm focusing on health and strength and feeling good. This article is great -- buh bye perfection and buh bye all or nothing thinking :)
